My consumer had made payment via one of the accepted channel, but I did not receive any payment completion notification.

Follow

• Some channels, such as ATMs, Kiosks, Over-the-counter, are unable to send online payment completion notification to 2C2P.
• These channels will send the notification to 2C2P in batches or at specific time-intervals.
• 2C2P will send the notification to merchants once received from Agent/Channel.
