How can I do my refund?

If your payment is expired, please send us a proof of payment via 123service@2c2p.com. We will send your proof of payment to our finance team. If we find your fund, we will let you know and please send us your copy of bank account book.

On the other hand, if your payment is completed, please contact directly to a website or a merchant that you ordered.
