Why am I getting a timeout response?

For online transaction, there is a specific timeout set between 2C2P 123 Services and your respective banks. Your internet connection may have a problem or the bank host is temporary down.

  • Website URL you made the purchase
  • Amount, Date, Time
  • Payment Channel
